Fire sprinkler spare head boxes provide storage for spare fire sprinkler heads and head wrenches. Powder coated Red.
Please note this box is sold empty and does NOT contain fire sprinklers. Fire sprinkler heads and wrenches sold separately.
Meets NFPA Requirements For Spare Sprinklers: (See Below NFPA25 Reference To Determine What Size You Need)
- 5.4.1.4* A supply of spare sprinklers (never fewer than six) shall be maintained on the premises so that any sprinklers that have operated or been damaged in any way can be promptly replaced.
- 5.4.1.4.1 The sprinklers shall correspond to the types and temperature ratings of the sprinklers in the property.
- 5.4.1.4.2 The sprinklers shall be kept in a cabinet located where the temperature in which they are subjected will at no time exceed 100°F (38°C).
- 5.4.1.4.2.1 Where dry sprinklers of different lengths are installed, spare dry sprinklers shall not be required, provided
that a means of returning the system to service is furnished.

5.4.1.5 The stock of spare sprinklers shall include all types and ratings installed and shall be as follows:
- (1) For protected facilities having under 300 sprinklers — no fewer than 6 sprinklers
- (2) For protected facilities having 300 to 1000 sprinklers — no fewer than 12 sprinklers
- (3) For protected facilities having over 1000 sprinklers — no fewer than 24 sprinklers
- 5.4.1.6* A special sprinkler wrench shall be provided and kept in the cabinet to be used in the removal and installation
of sprinklers.
- 5.4.1.6.1 One sprinkler wrench shall be provided for each type of sprinkler installed.

You may return most* new, undamaged/unused items within 100 days of order/delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, custom made, made to order items, and fire sprinkler heads may not be returned.
*Fire Sprinkler Heads: We regret to inform you that sprinkler heads are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they have left our warehouse. Due to the inability to track their handling and ensure their condition upon return, we cannot accept them back. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you are unsure which heads are needed for your application, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will ensure the correct heads are matched to your requirements, minimizing the need for returns. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, please email us at sales@wesupplyit.com and request a return. Please include the order number in your email and we will send you a return label by email. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to your box and send the items back. Once the items are received by our warehouse they will be inspected and if items are not used/damaged, we will then refund your items to the payment method you used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
